Alan Baldwin has been Reuters motor racing correspondent for the past decade, attending most Formula One grands prix since 2001. He was previously a sports correspondent in Italy, based in Rome, and organised Reuters' coverage of the 1994 soccer World Cup in the United States. In 24 years with Reuters, he has covered nine Summer and Winter Olympic Games and reported from around the world on a range of sports. Born in Rio de Janeiro, Alan is a graduate of Cambridge University and speaks four languages. He lives in London.
