Simon Long has over eight years experience of working with ISC and the FIA World Rally Championship. In 2001 Simon joined ISC as TV Sales Director with responsibility for developing an international portfolio of WRC TV programming and distribution. In 2004 he became Managing Director since when his main attention has been on building proactive relationships with the sport’s main stakeholders and re-focusing the business to drive the development of the WRC brand. With ISC recently having been appointed as WRC’s first ever Championship Promoter, Simon’s emphasis will be on leading the promotion and increased value of the sport.
Prior to joining ISC, Simon worked for 11 years in a number of national and international sales and marketing roles with the word’s leading global drinks company, Diageo. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and has a good working knowledge of French.
